Before the “Pimp My Ride” craze, we tricked out the first Scion in Hawaii and turned it into a mobile multi media entertainment center as a part of our pre-launch brand placement campaign strategy. The vehicle featured video games, a booming sound system, video cameras, and three computers for users to participate in giveaways at events. We created the vehicle as a means for Scion Hawaii to engage their Generation Y target market and gather valuable demographic information. The vehicle was used at various night club and concert events and the Motor Trend Auto Show.
