Resident Superhero/Owner, Ray Carbullido gave a workshop on zen calligraphy at the Shingon Temple on Keeaumoku Street on July 12, 2009. Using martial art principles, he created a eight large zen circles with a slow single stroke with a brush that was custom made by Ray for the project. Each piece was done on a 9′ x 9′ piece of paper with the circle measuring 7′ in diameter.
